- Any Donations made to Takshak Animal Welfare Foundation, Pune are nonrefundable.
- For the donations provided to Takshak Animal Welfare Foundation, Pune will be used for Animal Welfare not limited to Rescue Cases,
- Animal Care, hospital bills, emergency care, and foster care but for everything that helps stray animals.
- Takshak Animal Welfare Foundation, pune is not bound to inform any individuls or donors how the funds will be used and for which cases.
- Takshak Animal Welfare Foundation, Pune reserves all the rights to decide and spend the donation on case priority.
