Adoptions Program
Giving rescued animals a second chance through thoughtful adoption
Finding Forever Homes
Adoption is one of the most impactful ways to support animal welfare and end the cycle of suffering faced by stray and abandoned animals. Our adoption program focuses on finding responsible, loving, and permanent homes for rescued animals who have completed their medical treatment and rehabilitation.
Every animal listed for adoption undergoes a thorough health check and behavioural assessment. Wherever age-appropriate, animals are vaccinated, dewormed, sterilized, and treated for any existing medical conditions. Our team carefully evaluates the temperament, energy levels, and special needs of each animal to ensure a good match with prospective adopters
Guiding adopters to provide informed, lifelong, and loving care
Thoughtful Adoption Journey
We follow a structured adoption process that includes application screening, counselling, and follow-ups. This ensures that adopters are well-informed about the responsibilities of pet ownership and are fully prepared to provide lifelong care. Our aim is not just to place animals into homes, but to build long-term, compassionate relationships between animals and humans.
Adopt a naturally adapted companion
Why Adopt an Indie?
Indie dogs and cats are naturally resilient, highly intelligent, and perfectly adapted to Indian weather and living conditions. They are affectionate companions who form deep emotional bonds with their families. By choosing to adopt an indie, you not only gain a loyal friend but also make a strong ethical statement against commercial breeding and abandonment.
Every successful adoption creates space for us to rescue another animal in need. It is a powerful act of kindness that transforms two lives—the life of the animal you adopt and the life of the animal who will take its place in our shelter.
Provide a lifelong, loving home and give a second chance to an animal in need
